HOW DO I SEND YOU MY PICTURE?

You will be asked to upload pictures before adding any portrait to the cart.

What sizes are the portraits?

I currently only offer the portraits in one size online 14 X 19 inches. I offer smaller size portraits in person, at events, and occassionally during online specials. So, if you're looking for the 10 X 14 inch portrait size, hit up one of my events or follow me on Instagram to find out when the next online small portrait flash sale will be.

SHOULD I FRAME MY PORTRAIT?

Yes! In my humble opinion anyway. The cardboard I use is custom ordered and looks amazing unframed, but due to the nature of the material, it can bend as it ages. Frames will keep this from happening - and it just looks really nice! The frames available on my website are custom made in Brooklyn, 20 X 15 inches, to best showcase the portraits. The artwork is floated in the frame, no mat is used, so the edge of the cardboard is visible - which I think is important, even if you choose to frame it yourself.

DO YOU GIVE A DISCOUNT FOR BULK ORDERS?

If you are planning to order five or more portraits, send me an email beforehand for a discount code. Also, due to the large number of pets, these types of orders can become confusing, so I'll work with you via email to ensure every pet ends up with the right picture and name.

CAN I SELECT A BACKGROUND OTHER THAN BLUE? 

My signature color is the blue that you see in most of the portraits. When people order more than one portrait, I am happy to let them select alternate colors, depending on availability. That said, the reason I use the blue is because it creates the best contrast against the cardboard and makes the pet pop!

What are the wait times?

This really depends on the time of year. I'm a one man operation, and sometimes life slows me down. I try to get all Rush Orders done in approximately 15 days and Standard Orders in about 4-6 weeks, not counting shipping time.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yup! During checkout you'll have the chance to select your country, as long as it's on the scroll down list, I ship there!

What are your hours at Fishs Eddy?

My schedule is a bit crazy these days. I try to guarantee Saturdays from 1-4pm but please check my Instagram before making the journey. I always post when I'm planning to be there or if I'm going to be away for an event, etc.

What's the return or RE-do Policy?

I try really hard to make everyone happy with their portrait. And, luckily, returns and re-dos don't happen often, but I hate someone walking away feeling like I missed the mark! If you aren't happy with your portrait, you can drop me an email expressing your concerns and we can figure out the best solution together. If I think I understand the issue and can either fix the current portrait or successfully create a new one, I'll ask you to send me back the original - I cover shipping both ways - and I'll take another swing at it. I might ask for a new picture or additional information about the pet before repainting. If I don't think I can achieve what you're looking for, I'll be honest! And you can return the portrait for a full refund. I only do one re-do per person.
